I don't thnk you can include it like that. I've only ever done it by
mixing the two bits of code within the ASP page so you might have to put the
VB code in the tag. If you see what I mean....

It might be worth talking to Business Link. They've just closed their
'Access to finance' scheme (mainly, it seems, on account of it being poorly
run) but they should be able to give you a few links....
