Not a cluster, but a normal domain. Your title says DFS but the body says
DNS. For DNS you don't do anything, it just happens with AD integrated
zones, as with the rest of AD. FRS mostly just happens...

Same happened to some of mine. In the Admin Interface of the Hosting
Co. there is normally an option to unlock domain. Once that is done I
