Stick to dreamweaver generating plain tables based HTML. CSS is too much
pain in the arse for that kind of level and you don't appear to need dynamic
content so no PHP/ASP etc.
Your HTML 4 is fine :)

Thanks for the nice comment on my work.
I realise my website is in need of a re-design and I am looking into a
total change as I write. I have decided to switch to Dreamweaver and
although the design side is easy, I am totally confused with the real
technical stuff as there seams to be so many new languages from when I
dabbled in HTML 4. Perhaps you or someone else can advise on what I
should try and learn.
