Not sure what you mean by "hadn't had the chance to put my mail folders into
PSTs" because outlook has already done that if you use outlook.

Try looking in something like...

C:\Documents and Settings\[profile name]\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Where the profile name is your own profile. The file outlook uses to hold
your mail, I think, is in there.
