FN-FORUM: Dreamweaver white spaces

I am using Dreamweaver 2004 MX on a Mac os x, and in Dreamweaver
everything appears to join and there are no white spaces however in the
browser there are white gaps between the tables
http://www.fishvan.co.uk/bhi_web/indexbhi.html also where the latest
news panel is in the right hand column there is a corner gif the image
doesn't have a white border around it, but in the browser it does, is
this a CSS issue?
