Try contact with an F1 TV broadcast depart and ask for a reference to one of
their technical team. They have usually been through the technical problems
of what doesn't work or can provide a reference to someone who really knows.
I'm thinking the whole issue. For instance, the fuel fire issue on pit stop
or crash. Also, the technical team of a computer sponsor like Compaq or
Epson may assist directly or provide a contact.
As for feed, you are probably limited to taking the signal from the pit
console as your first transmission point. I seem to remember something about
no mobiles in pit area (fuel again as flashpoint is very low plus
interference with car to pit performance comms).
HTH.
