you'll end up paying more for just a adsl modem, so find a cheapy modem/router that can operate in bridged/half-bridged mode (any of the Conexant based ones do it really well), job's a good 'un then!!...

Personally I tend to opt for local companies where I can see proofs of this kind of merchandise quickly and easily without much of a delay in production. Everything you listed is pretty standard stuff...
