Can't comment on your php as its not available - though what use is the
"newmm" directory serving.

As to the html - it gives some validation errors and many warnings - try using
http://validator.w3.org to identify and fix.

As to the css - they have some vaildation problems also - check using
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

Also layout is tables based which may trouble some search engines ( also check
your meta tags - Robots looks a bit odd )

Site looks OK clear and readable
