You don't post the rules which you are using so its difficult to spot the
error in their logic - Tho presumably there is an endless loop - where the
new url also matches a rewrite cond .......

Also the target structure - what you are rewriting to looks unnecassarily
complicated.

Looks like you have set yourself a hard problem - given up and want someone
else to solve it for you.
