FN-FORUM: Invoicing / Accounting system

hi

I'm looking for an invoicing system that i can use to generate
invoices, for one off sales, regular customers, and automated regular
invoicing.

at the same time it would be great if i could enter in my
expenditures, i.e. salary, equipment, stock purchasing etc.

stock control is not required. product lists for invoicing is also
not a requirement

from this i would like to retrieve information on outstanding
invoices, and current financial standing

I'm looking for something preferably open-source, preferably php/
mysql based

its a big ask, which may be why i haven't been able to find
something, (getting bored of tedious repetitive paperwork,)

if any one has seen or uses something that doest the above please
send me your recommendations.
