Might seem a silly question but you have installed IIS from the CD?
(Add/remove windows components in Control Panel, Add/Remove Programmes)

No, my computer has VGA output, not DVI - it's the monitor that's DVI and I
need to get a VGA signal converted in order to feed it DVI signal. I've
already got a DVI out to VGA adapter with my Mac....

They're pretty cheap. My old Radeon all in wonder had DVI output with a =
converter thing to go to VGA. You'd be able to pick somethin glike that =
