FN-FORUM: HTML through outlook ?

Hi everyone, I need to design an email on HTML and I can't quite figure out
how to pass through the OUtlook barrier. It took me forever to find a way to
make my creative look good on Hotmail, but as soon as I went to visit it with
outlook, all I got was the html.

I have recieved emails that were working on Outlook before so I know it's
possible, but know idea how to do that...
Any idea ?
