RE: FN-FORUM: Shared email charset="US-ASCII"

That's what they're doing at the moment and it's getting horribly =
complicated because nobody knows who's doing what and there's only 3 of =
them ! Questions like "what happens if I send a mail, will it appear in =
their outbox ?" Well, no, because they're separate so you'd have to =
remember to make a copy back to yourslef then you'd download it and it =
would appear in each persons box. They're not particularly technical - =
I'd like them to use exchange but realistically that's going to cost =
about =A31K by the time we've bought the SBS 5 user version, more memory =
(or bought a cheap dell server), A decent A/V scanner etc.etc.

Not convinced the web mail system is the best idea..
use a normal email client, so they all have the same experience. Set it =
to collect the mail, but leave the mail on the server. That way, all =
three collect the mail. you may want to clarify, who does get to delete =
stuff.. most clients allow leave on server, and also a facility to=20
delete, if read, after x days.
