If you look at the source code of your website, you will see
blah

which is what I meant by frames. If you can get rid of these, you could use
the entire space for your portfolio (removing the workspace?). You have
coded each frame with html, and to run the risk of upsetting the CSS purists
on this forum, at this moment, your site is simple enough that you can get
away without using CSS. As your site grows, CSS will be beneficial for
faster loading times, and maintaining the uniformity of your site etc...
If you can code in HTML, then basic CSS should be easy to pick up. I'm no
expert by any means and find that as a starting point www.w3schools.com has
some excellent pages, and after that, googling for what I need.
If you look for some CSS templates, they should teach you how to start...try
