I guess it basically means that if you want to resell your code then
make it generic enough so as not to impinge on the clients business
practices.=20

But the caveat is interesting - "BusinessLinx should be free to use
routines that were developed for the software unless a particular
routine would make use of ClearSprings' own operating procedures."
