I already use some apex products and explained what I wanted to them but
sql clean sort of does the opposite to what I want.
SQL Diff has saved loads and loads of time.

You can do;

So long as the databases are on the same server.

I've found flash is crap at scaling pngs. Do you scale them in flash?
If so, do the image size in PS so you don't have to scale in Flash.
