plus net are pretty good , they do have seems to have quite a few
issues, but I think a lot of that is that they keep you well informed if
you ask them too (RSS and email of problems) so I'm just more aware of it.

if you do any torrenting then dont go for the plus level service as
that's capped at 10kbps down during the day and 30kbps 3am till 8 am
(times are an estimate)

the premier level has no restrictions that I'm aware of and also gives
you a static IP and a few other nice bits n pieces.
