CS-RCS Basic is a good freebie if your familiar with Sourcesafe and no
fussed with multiuser access. The software just works out of the box I
found.
Subversion is better and I do like it after switching a year back (was
good for writing automated rollout scripts), but CS-RCS did me well for
a number of years.
