Hey, don't take it so personally. I was more worried about a book which
states that the html element doesn't need to be closed! In any case as
you pointed out it's the DOCTYPE declaration which doesn't get closed,
but that isn't really surprising, or ironic, as it's an XML declaration
used for validating the document, not a part of the document itself.
