FN-FORUM: centering in safari2.0

I have created a holding page for my client and he said that the image
isn't centered on his Mac on a safari 2.0 browser.
I have checked it out and this is the case; can some kind person to
spend 2 mins to check my code or know what I have to use to get round
this problem.

I have tried it via css positioning but I am in the infant stages and
don't know it well enough, to know weather it is wrong or right.
