Whether or not Acrobat opens in a browser window usually depends on your
settings.
If this is the only page of the PDF you are going to use, why not make a one
page PDF?

Yes in fact I had it installed for quite some time now. Not really much

Windows boxes are often slowed down at startup by the number of
