Hey,
If you still have access to the guys website, asumming that it was
webwork that you did, take down the homepage and stick a holding page
there with your contact details. This worked a treat for me a couple of
months ago on a customer that was bouncing cheques at me left right and
center. I got cash in my account within a few hours of putting up the
holding page. Not sure how legal this actually was but it was very
effective.
