No I didn't. BT do that, all you do is check the IP showing in the router
accessed via the control panel/network connections, contact help desk on

It might be worth considering looking at an easy-to-install, well

There are plenty to choose from, and a recent thread has more

Inevitably "it depends". There are obviously situations where 'one man
band' support is completely inappropriate, but plenty of examples where it
works out fine. No generic rights or wrongs, though....

Weird - one of our clients is experiencing a similar problem with BT DNS.
They can't see their new website from their office and the domain doesn't
resolve to an IP address, but all is fine outside...
