If your clients are using BT Broadband with routers, check that side. I had
some really weird problems, the router was not configured, (and they don't
tell you this) so it was actually becoming my localhost [don't know how,
when I asked no explanation offered] and I couldn't access any MySQL
servers, either on the web or locally..
