I've always learnt as a go, take the plunge, get stuck and find =
solutions,
make mistakes and learn from them.
As for GUI mySQL admin, you want mySQL control centre and for backups =
and db
conversion etc get mySQL administrator. Both available for free from the
mySQL website.
