I'm not sure if you are looking to learn to program so you can hand
code the sites or are looking for a code generator like easygen. If you
are looking to learn to program then local colleges often do basic
evening classes in programming languages like C where you would learn
the basics of if else statements, variables etc. Some may do courses on
relational databases. You could also try http://www.learndirect.co.uk/.
Even if you are going to use a code generator then some background to
programming and sql would probably help.
I would recommend sitepoint books if you want to learn to program in php
and mysql.
