easy enough, create 2 movieclips, top one has a mask clip with
programatically created square clips. A setInterval loads the next
image every so often, a listener fires the mask effect on every image
load completion. You're not going to be able to create it quickly
though without good actionscript knowledge, although possible with
tweens and that, it'd be super tedious to do.
