Depending on how you want access, you probably want to forward just one
port to the required machine...

Can't you schedule a scripted ftp mget from the internal PC to a folder and
then backup the folder? If you pull it to your PC, rather than push it from
the server, you won't need to open any ports.

I have developed a cms which has a catalogue component. This includes an
upload facility with automatic resizing of images. Saves one thumbnail and
