FN-FORUM: HTML files with different languages

Hi

I might be worrying about nothing but I've constructed a page that
displays text in several languages. Some of the characters
(particularly non-Latin based) appear wrong in the browser. For
example in the French section of my source code I have the word
t=E9l=E9phone, but in the browser it's displayed as t=C3(c)l=C3(c)phone

However I suspect that if I was running Windows in French it would be
OK. Is this right? If anyone has their PC set to a different
language would they mind checking a link for me.
