FN-FORUM: Country and UK county lists?

Hi all

I know this has been asked before but I can't find the relevant old
email (which surprises me using Gmail).

Can anyone point me in the direction of a site where I can download an
up-to-date list of countries and one for UK counties? Just a text or
CSV list or something is fine.
