How do we know if you've missed something?
Your client's company name hasn't been already registered. The first
phase of the sunrise period for registrations doesn't start until the
7th of December.
Assuming your client has a trademark in their company name, then they
should be able to take advantage of the sunrise period to trump any
non-trademark holder's application.
If more than one company owns the trademark in that name then
registration is on a first come first served basis. So if your client
wants that domain, it'd probably be a good idea to get an application
in as soon as possible.
The definitive source for information is http://www.eurid.eu/
