Ah, but that's the bit of the service that I provide - taking a comp
and making it work with XHML and CSS - but I need to factor in how the
content is going to work with the comp - which sections will need to
expand in which direction and so forth.

I'm not sure a comp generation service is as clear cut as it sounds.

surely every *design* has to start from an Information Architecture
specification?
