whatever benefits you come to if the budget is only 300 you will need to
move quickly into the other end of the market quickly to survive!

Besides all successful businesses combine the two forms and know how to do
it well. So you need to consider charging for consultation as a job as
opposed to giving out advise to those that already know it and those that
can't really afford an effective strategy or at least to afford to keep
you in sustainable work.
