Use a PRF file. Office Resource kit (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/CH011424641033.aspx, which has
links to using the CIW and using prf files).

Or third party tools eg ProfileMaker.

Looking to create a single common user profile for multiple users on a
Windows 2003 domain - which works great apart from the Exchange Outlook
2003 email accounts which I need to be each individual users own account
- and not the account that was configured by the master common user
profile.

The only way I can see around this is to create the master profile
without configuring an Outlook profile which will possibly create the
correct profile each time the user logs on to a machine...

I've had a look on Google and surprised I can't find any recommended
solution - Anyone got a better solution?
