So it is a company dealing in "new media over the internet" for which none of the programming has
been done, and you want to get somebody to do it for free?

I presume that it would require little work, since it is an unpaid position. I would also assume
the percentage of equity is high? You say that you've already launched and had some interest -
what's been launched, and what sort of interest have you actually had?
