I've had a quick look & at first glance it seems simple enough. What
problem are you having? It depends on what the tool is :)

Hi,

I have been asked to develop a tool for ebay, the tool itself is
pretty simple, however ive been looking around at the ebay API and its
code samples (PHP). Everything there seems to be either really
complicated or not developed enough. I was just wondering if anyone
has played around with the ebay API using PHP and if they had any
pointers on where to start?
