RE: FN-FORUM: Preliminary site test please

date posted 8th January 2006 12:27

Hi,
yeah, can change the colours subtly - not a problem. The 3 colours I
guess I've got are "red", white and "black" - again, not my decision !

As ever, this is one of those "the van was done first" and "now I need
some cards etc." and "now I need a website".

I'd reckon the before & after issue is a browser issue - they *should*
all be the same size - fixed boxes with no overflow. Again, what browser
& O/S ? The font is supposed to be garamond, but if you're on a Mac, I
suspect it's using a default - client's going to have it heavily
suggested to *not* use it ;-)

Cheers

Andy

Don't like the use of courier, try using tahoma or verdana instead.
It's unfortunate the solid black & red is used in their logo - looks a
little cheap to me I'm afraid... Any chance you can change it to a dark
grey and deep red? Such as #990000 (Red) and #222222 (Grey). You could
certainly mix in another colour then such as #32554B.
Why is the logo on the site different to the logo used on the van?
Before & after pics - some appear to the right, some appear below. They
look better appearing to the right so you need to reduce the size of
some of the pics.
