Hmm... So they have given you a single verbal warning with no clear=20
targets for improvement? Have you had any previous warnings?

If they're generating =A3210,000 in *profits* from you guys, then=20
persumably you're doing something right. Who is responsible for=20
generating the sales, setting prices and producing quotes?

What hourly rate are they charging you out at? And are you advised of=20
individual project budgets?
