Must read for all corporate employees, The Peter Principle. By Townsend, the
guy that made a small family car sales firm into Avis.

There's another structural saying... a corporate is like a tree of monkeys.
Those at the top look down and see bright eager eyes looking up from those
below. Those looking up see only arseholes!
