RE: FN-FORUM: Querystring
date posted 16th January 2006 17:43
Hi Jeremy
We are done with that problem; the 'r' is set by user selection.
Now moving on to building an array to collect all the selections (all the
r's!)
Fiddly but there you are.
Just so you know, and if you can assist, the user can select numerous points
on a grid, but I have to hold on to the selections for use once they have
enough.
Using a session, not cookies, and have to read multiple values for 'r' when
it goes back to the selection page.
Getting there, any suggestions welcome. I have never asked for help before,
just hunted around Google! Works well, I will recommend this forum as one of
the best, and free!!
All the best
Dave

Hi David,
What's setting "r"? Is it an HTML form or is it some code you
control. There are a couple of ways of doing this but which one is
right depends on how the variable is getting set in the first place.
