First, be absolutely sure they own the rights to re-use the associated
companies web site (not being able to supply the files make sthe whole
thing sound slightly dodgy)
if you're happy that you're not bound for court city on the breach of
copyright train then get a copy of HTTrack and point it at the home
page url. it will make a copy on your hard drive.
(tweak the settings to get exactly what you want)
