Lots of companies do this sort of thing including NTL, Telewest, =20
Bulldog etc.
Beware though. BT will screw you when it comes to repairs. You're =20

Its not broadband suppliers I am after, its companies who (like BT and
Bulldog) can set up a phone line for you, so you don't have to go with

You shouldn't be able to install software as a non-administrator. That's
partly the point. Use Run as or log on as administrator to do installs.
