Is there an image involved if not and it's drawn in Quark then a page can be
saved as an EPS and then re-opened in illustrator but if there are any
images used you will need these as they don't convert. Due to images not be
vector.
Be aware you may get fonts issues too, as (I've forgotten) they may not get
outlined in the transition.
