FN-FORUM: Different Language site

I am wondering if any one can help me, am trying to
developing a site for a client, but they want it to
also be in spanish, french and bulgerian.

I don't speak any other language apart from english so
how do i go about doing this, i have looked at some
tools for translation on the internet, but they are
not accurate, any ideas please
