Simple, you hire a human translator to translate the site. It is never
advisable to use computer translations as they do an awful job and your
sites credibility for those languages will be shot. It is a shame you don't
want Italian as then I would offer our services. :)
There are many Internet based translation company's that offer fairly good
rates, not sure of quality as I've never used them though.
