Hey Darren,

Had this a while ago with a client of mine. Its very simple.

Open up excel and go to
Tools>options then go to the general tab.... under the general tab check
to see if there is a tick in the "Ignore other applications" box if
there is that is the problem there shouldn't be a tick so remove it and
make sure its clear.

That should fix it as long as that=92s happening with only excel that =
is.
