If they're based in the UK, USA, Australia or Western Europe...
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING TAKE A SCREEN GRAB OF THE WEBSITE INCLUDING =20
THE FULL URL.
Ideally send them a solicitor's letter.
If not send them a letter yourself on headed notepaper.
Inform them that they have used the image in breech of copyright and =20
that you therefore require them to pay =A32500 as payment, which is =20
your standard charge for purchasing full rights to an image, within =20
the next 7 days or you will take legal action against them without =20
further notice. Enclose a printout of the screenshot of their =20
website, which should be signed and dated by you.
Ask them to telephone you at the earliest opportunity to arrange =20
payment.
DON'T give them the option to take the photo down without paying you.
