I'd be interested to generally know how much more people would charge
proportionately
to release source code as opposed to just license for use. ie

If X is the amount charged to develop a site based on time taken.
Y is the amount you charge to setup hosting and host on a monthly basis.

If the client then wants the source code to use on a server they
setup, what would you charge for Z? Obviously this is the point when
the client moves on to a new supplier.

You can develop an online application costing as little as a thousand
pounds that the customer can go on to earn millions from, but it will
be their content, marketing and business that makes this happen of
course. Is that fair or am I being too greedy?
