I've tried this one & http://www.getacoder.com/ as well.

They are both forums based & if you look at the replies it seems like a =
fair
few people have automated responses to new posts. Because they don't
actually read the job descriptions, they are putting stupid bids in.

I've tried bidding before, but I can't compete when someone says they =
can do
a =A33k site for =A3300.
