ASmallOrange have a package specifically for this, its meant for file
hosting and doesnt have any scripting capabilities, so if thats what

Is there a reason you can't use SQL Server 2005 express? It does most of
what SQL Server standard edition did (no enterprise manager type stuff,
but the engine is all there) and it's free.
